Cancellation Policy
As a small business, cancellations affect us greatly; hence as much notice as possible would be appreciated.
50% cancellation fee – 7 days prior to arrival date.
Holidays (Christmas, New Year’s, Easter) are non-refundable if cancelled within 14 days of arrival date.
Damages
Any damage to the property will be the sole responsibility of the party booking the reservation; a credit card number will be taken at time of booking for this purpose.
